Marco Matini highlights the location, stating it is “in one of the better zones of the city center.” The hotel’s nearness to famous attractions like the Natural History Museum, Victoria and Albert Museum, and the Science Museum makes it ideal for sightseers. Guests can enjoy leisurely walks or quick trips to local bars, restaurants, and entertainment spots following their daytime explorations.
The staff’s exceptional service has been frequently acknowledged. Rafiq Shah shared his delightful experience, particularly with the helpfulness of Ms. Kasha and Mr. Terry. Their warm demeanor leaves a lasting impression, reinforcing the hotel’s commitment to hospitality. Krzysztof Ślefarski captures this perfectly by saying, “the service deserves 6 stars,” a testament to the friendly atmosphere cultivated within the hotel.
While the Westbury Hotel Kensington may not boast modern luxuries such as a fitness center or a restaurant, guests appreciate the simplicity and cleanliness of the facilities. Visitors can indulge in room service and start their mornings with a complimentary breakfast, ensuring a good start to adventure-filled days.
In summary, the Westbury Hotel Kensington is an exemplary choice for anyone looking to immerse themselves in London’s vibrant culture, with its excellent location, attentive service, and clean accommodations. Travelers leave with memorable experiences and the promise of a welcoming return. Whether one is visiting for leisure or business, this hotel exemplifies the charm and efficiency of London hospitality.
“ Very friendly stuff, and good room service. The room was very small, the bed occupies almost the entire room. But it's okay, we didn't come to London to chill on the room. Shower is okay. Everything is a little bit old and outdated, but very clean. Close to the tube, and close to the city center. ”
